Application

This lintel is ideal for cavity walls subject to heavy structural loads, supporting inner leaves between 100-115mm and outer leaves from 100-105mm, with cavity widths of 150-165mm. Its duplex corrosion protection allows use with internal insulation systems, reducing cold bridging and enhancing thermal efficiency. The built-in DPC simplifies installation and prevents moisture ingress during cavity cleaning, while the perforated steel baseplate with plaster key guarantees excellent adhesion for plaster or render finishes.
