The Catnic CN81C External Solid Wall Lintel, measuring 4800mm in length, is engineered specifically for solid wall construction projects requiring dependable load-bearing support. Ideal for builders, site managers and contractors working with 200mm to 215mm thick exterior walls, this lintel offers robust performance and corrosion resistance, ensuring lasting reliability on demanding builds. Application

Used extensively in external solid wall construction, this lintel supports openings such as windows and doors where structural integrity is critical. Its galvanised and powder-coated finish with duplex corrosion protection makes it well suited for exposed conditions. It can also serve as a heavy-duty wall eaves lintel for cavity walls between 70mm and 100mm when required. For solid walls thicker than 250mm, alternative open back lintels are recommended and technical advice is available from Catnic.
