Application

This lintel is specifically designed to support brickwork and blockwork over openings in external solid walls commonly found in residential and commercial construction. It suits solid walls measuring 200mm to 215mm thick and is suitable for use as a heavy-duty eaves lintel in cavity wall builds between 70mm and 100mm cavity width when paired with CN71 lintels. For wall thickness exceeding 250mm, an open back lintel is recommended—please consult Catnic Technical Services for guidance on these applications.
