Details

The Catnic CN81B external solid wall lintel is engineered for builders and contractors working with 200mm and 215mm thick solid walls. Its robust construction and duplex corrosion protection make it a dependable choice for external applications where structural integrity and longevity are essential. Please note that standard lengths are supplied in increments up to 3600mm.

Application

This lintel is ideal for supporting masonry above openings in exterior solid walls, ensuring even load distribution and structural stability. It is suitable for use in new builds and refurbishment projects where reliable lintel performance is critical. The CN81B can also be used as a heavy-duty wall eaves lintel for cavity widths between 70mm and 100mm. For walls thicker than 250mm, an appropriate open back lintel should be specified—Catnic Technical Services can provide guidance.
