This lintel is ideal for supporting masonry above openings in external solid walls within residential or commercial building projects. Its design suits walls of 200mm and 215mm thickness, providing a safe working load capable of handling uniform distributed loads with 150mm end bearings. For walls exceeding 250mm thickness, an open back lintel variant should be considered, and advice from Catnic Technical Services is recommended.
