The Catnic CN81B external solid wall lintel, measuring 2400mm in length, is engineered specifically for use in 200mm and 215mm thick solid external walls. It provides reliable structural support where strength and durability are critical. Manufactured with a galvanised steel core and enhanced by a duplex corrosion protection system, this lintel is built to withstand demanding site conditions. Please note, this product is supplied without bricks or other masonry components.

Application

Ideal for builders, contractors, and site managers working on solid wall construction projects, the CN81B lintel supports openings such as windows and doors in thick external walls. Its robust design caters to serious builds requiring dependable load-bearing capacity. For walls thicker than 250mm, alternative open back lintels are recommended—consult Catnic Technical Services for guidance. Additionally, the CN81B and CN71 lintels can be adapted for heavy-duty wall eaves lintels in cavity walls between 70mm and 100mm.
