The Catnic CN71C external solid wall lintel at 900mm length is engineered for professional builders and contractors working on 200mm to 215mm thick solid masonry walls. Its galvanised steel construction combined with a powder-coated finish provides a robust, corrosion-resistant support beam ideal for demanding external applications. Please note, standard lengths are available in 150mm increments to suit your specific project needs.

Application

Designed primarily for use in external solid wall masonry, this lintel reliably supports brickwork or blockwork openings such as windows and doors. Its duplex corrosion protection allows it to withstand weather exposure, making it a preferred choice on residential and commercial developments. For solid walls thicker than 250mm, alternative open back lintels may be required; consult Catnic Technical Services for guidance. Additionally, the CN71 range can serve as heavy-duty eaves lintels on cavity walls between 70mm and 100mm.
