Application

Ideal for use in external solid wall construction, the CN71A lintel supports masonry openings such as doors and windows. It is engineered to carry uniform distributed loads safely across spans, ensuring structural stability. For walls thicker than 250mm, Catnic recommends using a suitable open back lintel—please contact Catnic Technical Services for guidance. Additionally, CN71 and CN81 lintels can serve as heavy-duty wall eaves lintels when working with cavity widths between 70mm and 100mm.
