Ideal for supporting masonry openings in cavity walls, this lintel features integrated corrosion protection and a built-in damp proof course, making it a practical choice for both new builds and refurbishment projects. Please note, this lintel is supplied as shown; any additional components such as bricks are sold separately.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed to support cavity wall constructions with internal insulation, helping to maximise thermal efficiency by minimising cold bridging. It is suitable for openings in walls with inner leaf thickness from 100 to 115mm, cavities between 70 and 85mm, and outer leaf thickness between 100 and 105mm. The built-in DPC prevents moisture ingress, while the plaster key ensures a strong, clean finish for plaster applications, saving time on site and reducing the risk of damage during construction.
