The Catnic Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel CH70/100 at 1200mm length is engineered for contractors and site managers who require reliable structural support in cavity wall construction. This lintel is ideal for projects demanding high load capacity combined with thermal performance, thanks to its internal insulation compatibility and corrosion-resistant design. Please note that bricks and other masonry components are sold separately.

Application

Specifically designed for cavity wall builds with inner leaf thicknesses of 100-115mm, cavity widths of 70-85mm, and outer leaf thicknesses of 100-105mm, this lintel provides a dependable solution for supporting openings such as doors and windows. Its built-in DPC saves time on site and protects the cavity from moisture ingress, while the integrated plaster key ensures a secure finish for rendering or plastering works.
