The Catnic Heavy Duty Cavity Wall Lintel CH50/100 at 1050mm is a specialist structural component engineered for professional builders and contractors working on cavity wall constructions. Its robust design and corrosion protection make it a dependable choice for supporting masonry over openings, ensuring structural integrity and thermal efficiency. Please note, bricks and other masonry materials are sold separately.

Application

This lintel is purpose-built for cavity walls with inner leaves between 100mm and 115mm thick, cavities from 50mm to 65mm, and outer leaves ranging 100mm to 105mm. It provides heavy duty support above window and door openings, combining strength with thermal performance thanks to its internal insulation features. The built-in damp proof course (DPC) and plaster key simplify installation, reducing labour time and risk of cold bridging on site.
