The Catnic Arch Centre is a specialist PVC-u unit designed for permanent centring over openings in external cavity walls. Suitable for both traditional masonry and timber frame construction, this product simplifies the building of segmental brick arches while providing lasting durability. Please note, the unit is supplied individually and must be checked for correct size and condition before use.

Application

Used primarily by builders and site managers, the Catnic Arch Centre supports brick arch construction by providing a reliable and stable formwork over lintels. Its integral weep vent system allows effective drainage of any moisture penetrating the external wall skin, helping to maintain structural integrity. This product is ideal for openings where a neat, professional arch finish is required in cavity wall structures.

Important: Always inspect the Arch Centre prior to installation to ensure it is undamaged and correctly sized for your lintel and opening. The product covers openings with a tolerance of ±25mm, with lengths available in 50mm increments between 425mm and 3175mm. This ensures precise fitment for a rise of either 75mm or 150mm.
