The Catnic Arch Centre is a specialist PVC-u arch unit designed for use over openings in external cavity walls, suitable for both traditional masonry and timber frame construction. It provides a reliable, permanent centring solution for segmental brick arches, ensuring precision and durability on site. Please note, the product is supplied as single units and must be selected to match the lintel specification for your project.

Application

Ideal for builders and contractors constructing brick segmental arches over doorways, windows, or other openings in external cavity walls. The Arch Centre simplifies the shaping and support of the arch during construction, maintaining structural integrity and allowing for neat mortar joints. Its integral weep vent helps prevent moisture buildup by allowing any wind-driven rain that penetrates the outer skin to drain away effectively, reducing the risk of damp issues.
