The Catnic Arch Centre is a specialist PVC-u arch unit engineered for builders and contractors working on external cavity wall openings. Its 3025mm span and 75mm rise provide a reliable and permanent centring solution for the construction of segmental brick arches. This product is designed to withstand external weathering conditions and includes integral weep vents to manage moisture effectively. Please note, the Arch Centre must be checked for damage prior to installation and fitted in accordance with lintel specifications.

Ideal for use over openings in both traditional masonry and timber frame cavity walls, the Catnic Arch Centre simplifies the building of segmental arches by providing a stable, pre-formed support. Important: Do not use damaged Arch Centres. The product must be removed from its protective wrapping before installation, and ensure surfaces are clean and dry for a secure fit. The front drip section can be trimmed at the bearing end to allow for thin mortar joints and improve appearance. Each length accommodates structural openings with a tolerance of ±25mm.
