The Catnic Arch Centre is a precision-engineered PVC-u unit designed to provide permanent centring support for brick arch construction over external cavity wall openings. Suited to builders, site managers, and contractors working with both traditional masonry and timber frame structures, this product ensures a reliable and neat segmental arch finish. Please note, each Arch Centre length covers openings with a tolerance of ±25mm, and care must be taken during installation to maintain performance.

Application

Used primarily as a centring guide for segmental brick arches, the Catnic Arch Centre simplifies the construction process by offering a stable, weather-resistant profile that supports brickwork until mortar sets. Its integral weep vents allow water penetration through the external skin of cavity walls to drain away, reducing moisture risk behind the arch. This makes it ideal for cavity wall openings in both traditional masonry and timber frame builds.
