The Catnic Arch Centre is a specialist PVC-u arch unit engineered for use over openings in external cavity walls, suitable for both traditional masonry and timber frame builds. It provides permanent and reliable centring for constructing segmental brick arches, making it a smart choice for builders and contractors aiming for precision and durability on site. Please note, the product must be removed from its protective wrapping prior to installation.

This arch centre simplifies the formation of brick arches by maintaining accurate shape and support during construction. It fits directly over lintels, providing a stable base for bricklayers working on openings such as doors and windows. The integrated weep vents help manage moisture by allowing wind-driven rain that penetrates the outer skin of cavity walls to drain away, protecting the structural integrity of the build. Installation notes: Do not use damaged units. Ensure the arch centre and lintel surfaces are clean and dry before locating the unit centrally over the opening. Trim the front drip section at the bearing end to allow thin mortar joints and improve finish. The arch centre is designed to accommodate structural openings with a tolerance of ±25mm. Lengths between 425mm and 3175mm are available in 50mm increments for 75mm or 150mm rises.
