This arch centre is primarily used to support and shape segmental brick arches during construction, ensuring consistent form and structural integrity. The built-in weep vents help manage moisture by allowing any wind-driven rain that penetrates the outer skin of cavity walls to drain away, protecting the brickwork and inner structure.

When installing, always ensure the Arch Centre is undamaged and correctly sized for your opening, as per lintel specifications. The unit should be positioned centrally over the opening with a tight fit to the lintel edge, and the front drip section trimmed for a neat finish. Length tolerances allow for openings plus or minus 25mm, with standard sizes available in 50mm increments between 425mm and 3175mm spans. This product is supplied as a single unit and is essential for achieving a clean, structurally sound brick arch.
