The Catnic Arch Centre is a specialist PVC-u arch forming unit engineered for use over openings in external cavity walls, including traditional masonry and timber frame constructions. It offers a reliable, permanent centring solution for building segmental brick arches, making it a smart choice for builders and site managers focused on quality and durability. Please note the product is supplied with protective wrapping and should not be used if damaged.

Application

This arch centre is designed to facilitate the easy and accurate construction of segmental arches in cavity wall openings. Its integral weep vents allow for the controlled discharge of any wind-driven rainwater that penetrates the external skin, reducing moisture-related issues behind brickwork. Important: Each Catnic Arch Centre is delivered in protective wrapping. Inspect carefully before installation and do not use if damaged. The product covers structural openings with a tolerance of ±25mm. Available in lengths from 425mm to 3175mm in 50mm increments, suitable for rises of 75mm or 150mm.
