The Catnic Arch Centre is a specialist PVC-u unit engineered to provide permanent and precise centring for segmental brick arches over openings in external cavity walls. Trusted by builders and contractors, it supports both traditional and timber frame construction, delivering reliability and ease of use on site. Please note, the product must be installed following lintel specifications and should not be used if damaged.

Application

Designed specifically for brick arch construction, this Arch Centre ensures accurate shaping and support during laying, reducing on-site adjustments and improving build quality. It is ideal for use in external cavity walls where a neat, structurally sound arch is required, including both traditional masonry and modern timber frame builds. The built-in weep vent helps expel any wind-driven rain penetrating the cavity, protecting the structure from moisture build-up.

Important: Always check the Arch Centre for damage before installation and confirm it matches the lintel specifications for your opening. The product comes protected in wrapping that should be removed prior to use. The Arch Centre length provides tolerance of ±25mm for structural openings and is available in standard increments between 425mm and 3175mm with rises of 75mm or 150mm.
