The Catnic Arch Centre is a specialist PVC-u arch form designed for use over external cavity wall openings, ideal for builders and contractors constructing segmental brick arches. Its durable extruded PVC-u construction offers excellent UV resistance and long-term weathering performance. Please note, this product is supplied individually and must be selected to match the correct opening size.

Application

Specifically engineered for traditional masonry and timber frame cavity walls, the Catnic Arch Centre provides a reliable, permanent centring solution during brick arch construction. Its integrated weep vent efficiently channels any moisture that penetrates the external brick layer, preventing water build-up behind the arch. This product simplifies the formation of segmental arches, ensuring structural integrity and ease of installation on site.

Installation notes: Always inspect the Arch Centre before use and remove from protective wrapping. Confirm the correct size to suit your lintel specification. Position the Arch Centre centrally over the opening and trim the front drip section at the bearing end if needed to accommodate thin mortar joints and improve the final appearance.
