Details

The Keystone CFS/K-150 WOL is a robust, extra heavy duty cavity wall lintel measuring 4000mm in length, tailored for builders and site managers working with wide outer leaf blockwork. It’s engineered to support heavy structural loads in cavity walls with 150-165mm cavities, making it a dependable choice for substantial building projects. Please note, the outer leaf blockwork should not overhang the lintel flange by more than 25mm, and images are for illustration purposes only.

Application

This lintel is specifically designed for cavity wall construction where the outer leaf blockwork ranges between 125-150mm in width. It’s ideal for use in heavy-duty situations requiring strong load-bearing support over openings such as doors and windows. To ensure optimal performance and facilitate faster build times, propping of the lintel during installation is strongly recommended. Mortar beds should be applied on top of the blockwork before laying floor units to distribute load evenly.
