We are looking for a Branch Manager:

This is a great opportunity to join us as Branch Manager at our flagship branch in Horsham, West Sussex.  Our Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of our operations, including sales, customer service and inventory management.  You will be excited about developing and maintaining a great customer base, establishing a good rapport with new and existing clients in the area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and service excellence
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Oversee the transport team and delivery schedules

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a managerial role in the building supplies industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety/Compliance regulations
  • Ability to drive sales and meet targets
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of industry trends
